J.C. Mechanical Contractors Ltd. was started in 1971 by John Corlett as a small plumbing & heating company. From there it grew to a large company specializing in Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, and Residential projects. Continuing to expand each year, J.C Mechanical adds more modern equipment, recently including a Ductmaster DM-610 Plasma Cutter, and innovating new solution methods, and thus become a leading Mechanical Contractor.

J.C. Mechanical has various areas of specialization, including: Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems. With a the state of the art sheet metal fabrication shop on site, J.C Mechanical has the ability to cut up to 1” mild steel, with our two plasma cutting tables. It also provides the ability to perform custom ductwork or fabrications.

HVAC piping systems, including: Soldered, welded, grooved and Press-Fit are all strong capabilities of J.C. Mechanical, as is Ventillation systems, including custom air handling equipment, welding exhaust, vehicle exhaust and dust collection systems. These systems can be commercial, institutional or industrial applications.
